Solar power station in Saint-Louis with Raid Latécoère – 2018
The PlanetSolar Foundation, in partnership with the French company Latécoère and the Latécoère Raid, has taken a significant initiative by contributing to the installation of a solar power plant on the roof of the Amadou Sow Ndiaye High School in Saint-Louis, Senegal. This project aligns with a shared vision of promoting renewable energy and supporting local development through access to decarbonized and sustainable electricity. Thanks to this installation, the high school now benefits from a renewable energy source, fostering a more environmentally friendly learning environment and ensuring a stable power supply for its activities. This initiative highlights the importance of combining the promotion of solar energy with the education of young people in all regions of the world.
