We had the honour of taking part in Joann Paulin’s Eureka programme on Canal Alpha to present our exciting project: the encounter between our PlanetSolar II solar boat, which is about to set sail on Lake Titicaca, and the legendary Râ d’eau, one of the very first solar-powered boats in history.
With Philippe Lechaire and Pierre René Beljean, we measured the distance covered since their first exploits. These pioneers of solar energy remind us just how impressive the advances in this field and in soft mobility have been. Today, thanks to this progress, we are ready to push back the boundaries of what is possible.
Our project embodies this evolution and opens up new prospects for a future that is more respectful of the environment.
